msg renamer

MSG Renamer is a standalone tool that will allow you to batch rename .msg files that have been dragged and dropped from Microsoft Outlook into the file system. Outlook helpfully saves the .msg file with the filename set as the email subject. MSG Renamer will allow you to rename the .msg file with other properties from the email such as senders email address, sent date and many more.

Drag and drop messages from Outlook into a file system folder.

Drag the msg files into the MSG Renamer file listbox and click Rename MSG files

The .msg files will be renamed based on the filename format rules set.
